Sid Kishore — Managing Partner

Sid has over 12 years of leadership experience across mechanical design, precision manufacturing, and global operations. His background includes hands-on responsibility for product development, manufacturing scale-up, supplier qualification, and operational execution in complex engineering environments. Sid serves as the primary post-acquisition operator and P&L owner. He is also an investor-advisor to an early-stage robotics company founded in 2018.


Huiyin Fu — Partner

Huiyin brings over a decade of experience in business systems design, legal process management, and organizational governance. Her background includes global advisory roles at Deloitte and work with multinational organizations, where she focused on building scalable processes, managing risk, and supporting complex transactions. Huiyin supports transaction execution, systems integration, and long-term governance.
